Two national standards with GoldenBee participation officially released

Two national standards, Occupational health and safety management—Psychological health and safety at work: managing psychosocial risks—Guidelines (current standard GB/T 45003-2024) and Occupational health and safety management systems—Guidance for small organizations on implementation of GB/T 45001—2020 (current standard GB/T 45007-2024), were officially released and implemented on March 15, 2024. GoldenBee (Beijing) Management Consulting Co., Ltd., as the third and sixth drafting units respectively, participated in the development of the national standards.

The standard GB/T 45003-2024, equivalent to the ISO international standard ISO 45003:2021, aims to provide comprehensive solutions for psychological health issues in the workplace. Through clear guidelines, the standard helps organizations effectively identify, assess, and control social and psychosocial risks, thereby promoting the mental health and well-being of employees.

GB/T 45007-2024 adopts the ISO international standard ISO/UNIDO Handbook with modifications, aiming to provide specific guidance for small organizations in implementing national standards of Occupational health and safety management systems. This guidance assists small organizations in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving their occupational health and safety management systems to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
